As a paying parent, CMS have told me that payments include clubs and all other expenditure is voluntary. I'm unclear as to whether this includes wraparound care at school, and the children's mother is insistent that I have to pay for my days (as well as a bunch of other stuff).

hi,

with CMS you are paying your ex to look after children when they are in her care. and when children stay overnight with you, CMS give you a reduction in maintenance to make up for the costs you incur when kids are in your care.
