[Solved] Pension during divorce settlement

My ex wife is after a share of my pension. I have no issue with this and offered to pension share, a part of my pension will transfer into hers.

However she rejected this and wanted the amount off set against the equity of the house or pay her a lump sum. In short she wants the money now.

I cant afford to pay her a lump sum and i cant to giver her a share of my house equity since I need it to buy a new home. She is already getting 55% of the house equity.

Can she take the matter to court and force an off set payment instead of pension sharing?

The pension is worth 23k. Its worth more than the equity of the house we are splitting.

Hi There,
.
This isn't something I have come across before I don't think she could enforce this pension sharing is just that you share the pension, it's not about a lump sum now,
.
I would hold out, I wouldn't imagine that she would get very far if she tried to enforce this through court.
