Hi,
Half term is coming up, and this year our court order states that me and my ex are now to halve the holidays with our daughter.
But we are seeing the half term as starting and ending on different days. For example, I thought it would start on the first Saturday to the last Sunday (11th - 19th), which would be 8 nights of contact, and these are the dates nursery state. But my ex sees it as 13th-17th, and feels I am only entitled to 2 nights of contact.
Do any of you do a similar thing? How do you approach it?
Cheers.
She's just being obstructive by not counting the weekends....wrong in my opinion, you'll just have to argue your position and ask her to act in the spirit of the court order, saying that if she can't do that you will apply back to court to get it enforced.
Best of luck
Thanks Mojo. And thanks again for your advice in my other recent post 🙂
Cheers!
You're welcome, happy to help.
