Hello I have finally received the c100 as only received c1a at first.
Anyways I plan to responsed to the allegations my ex has stated.
It says in the acknowledgement about if I intend to apply to the court for an order. I need the c2 forms. I've also ticked yes to the abuse harm for child named as I believe the mother is emotionally abusing my daughter.
I've downloaded the c2 as I'd like a child arrangment order in place as my ex said no throughout the c100 and c1a. I just want to see my daughter with out being stopped all the time. My ex only allows me three hours a week on a Sunday.
What forms do i need to send back to the courts please. Is it just my response and the acknowledgement form and c2?
