Hi

Sorry, somehow missed this last night. First question - are you in Scotland?

Hi, sorry about the delay, I've not been able to get to the forum for a couple of days.

As you are in Scotland, your best first step is to contact the Scottish Childrens Law centre www.sclc.org.uk as there are different rules in Scotland, I'm not sure if they can advise if you have a solicitor at the moment, but worth checking - can you post back here on how you get on?

If you don't think your solicitor is helping, then you need to speak to them about the problem, and if you don't have the confidence (and that's a big part of the deal), then you should consider changing to another or representing yourself.
