I have to go to go to court in march, as the mother doesn't allow me to see my son, she goes fully loaded with advice from a solicitor I assume, yet I can't afford it.
the initial hearing, I got written access only, what goods that to a 1 year old, after the hearing I tried to commit suicide twice and ended up in hospital.
Citizens advice were no help
She's making it as hard as possible for me to see him, she may go for supervised access but I can't afford this either, she knows this and will probably insist on it, both my parents are willing to supervise but I'm sure she will refuse
What can I do?
Hi
Have you read/watched the posts and video on representing yourself at the top of the legal eagle section - those are definitely worth looking through.
Looks like we've advised previously about contacting CCLC on their webchat facility - that's worth following up.
