hello everyone
i'm a father going through a nasty and messed up break up from my wife. she has refused me access to my kids which has lead me taking the matter to court, but with court forms i have to put in the address to which they are going to send then copy of the forms to her, but she is refusing to co-operate and now i'm stuck because i can't complete those forms without the address.
i know what school my kids go to and i don't want to involve the school, but now this whole situation is just fustrating me. i pay the child maintanance and i would support my kids anyday but my wife is just not fair.
any advice on what i can do, because to be honest not knowing my kids whereabouts means my wife could be anywhere in the country without me knowing.
Hi there
You can submit a seek and find order application, which is form C4. You would submit this with the C100.
You could also use a private detective, I used one called the Scottish Dude and he found my kids dad in less than a week. There are plenty on the Internet,.
Maybe Process Servers might be able to trace and then serve the papers, you can google to find one., I've just had a quick look and there's one called Keith Parsons who seems reasonably priced, however that is not a recommendation! ...just an example of what's on offer.
Good luck π
