So about 14 months ago I applied for the C100 child arrangements form. My ex claimed DV against me with no evidence and just time wasting as usual coupled the fact 3 times she didn't even turn up still the courts were taking her side. So we had the the fact finding hearing tomorrow I was happy to finish this and finally to rip her up with my questions of cross examination. I was confident of a good outcome seeing that my ex was supposed to hand in evidence before 31st January there was no evidence as I had confirmation of this from the courts last week. So today I rang the courts asking about confirmation instead the courts told me we had an emergency hearing it was just telephone hearing instead so can we have the telephone hearing on the 12th February at 010:00 I thought I better not say anything and agreed after my reply of agreeing for the 12.2 the court legal advisor says the only date is for the 3rd March. Please advise
Just seems totally unfair
hi,
I'm sorry to hear about these hearings being postponed. What you can try is every few days, ring court and ask is there any date available before 3rd March. Some times dates can free up if there's other cancellations.
No it's ok about the court date, it's just how they have dealt with myself which is like your the man you must be guilty. when it's my ex wife who's wasted court's time of not turning up three times and making absurd unfounded allegations its ok for her.
