I have joint custody of my children and my ex wife is having to move house. The children live with me 4 nights out of 7 so i have them more than my ex. can she just move them schools without my input or do i have any say in the matter?
I would say that you should have a say in the matter - is your arrangement an informal one or was it drawn up by the courts?
