Hi
I am new here , and like so many people , I have a case against me from the CSA.
My Daughter - which I make payments for - is now 17 , and the CSA want to re-assess me.
I have asked the CSA to prove to me that my daughter is actually still in education. They said they dont need to - the mothers word is good enough.
I have called the local education authority and local council and they wont help at all.
I can understand that they need to protect children.
According to the CSA and a DNA test - I am the father - but my name is not on the birth certificate - so how can I prove or disprove that my daughter is still in full time education.
Thanks in advance
Steve
Hi
To be honest i have no idea but we will ask afew of our experts if they know anything or can suggest any where you can get some advice. This might take a few days so please keep popping back to check.
Whilst they are working hard to find someone that can answer your question - i am sure its not an uncommon situation you find yourself in!!
For now i found these two sites - hope they are helpful..
