Hi I currently have a court order in place to see my eldest daughter which unfortunately she has breached this weekend her reasons were that my daughter 6 year old daughter was not in a car seat in the mean time I no she is moving county with her new boyfriend in a couple of weeks which I belive is the reason she has stopped contact as I had put in the order she has to drop her to me every other weekend I have called the police who adviced me I need to take the matter back to court due to breach this is very expensive and can not afford it is
there any other way around this?

Hi and welcome

I'm afraid that the only way to get an order enforced is to go back to court. However, you can self represent so you only be paying the application fee, and nothing beyond that. However, it may be worth trying to communicate with your ex to see what her plans are.
