hello,
this is my first time on here, i have been split, divorced and remarried again from my second wife for over 16 yrs now,i have been in and out of employment in these years and therefore have made payments when i could and none when i was not working, i have not been a good father in the least but i never stopped loving them at all, now i have recieved a letter from the C.S.A. informing me that i owe late payments of £12603:05........yes it was a shock when i got it. this is for my then youngest child Lynsey......i never wanted to neglect my children, but circumstances dictate when i was able to pay, i am in full time employment but on a very low wage, they are talking about deducting £104:00 per week off my wages bearing in mind my daughter is now 25yrs old, i am really worried and dont know what to do, i cannot afford to pay that much at all, i dont mind contributing but surely a figure more acceptable, please if anyone can assist me in any way i would be truly grateful.
thank you

I'm 99% sure it will go to the mother.
well in an ideal world, the mother would give that money to her daughter. Right!!
geordielad59,
How are things going - What's happened with the outstanding payments ?
