My daughter is 18 since last May and finished college. She will go to university next September. I was advised I could stop child maintenance in July. The mum insisted that me to carry on paying as I stopped but I received a phone call on Saturday from the CMS informing me my ex-wife as filled out an application for child maintenance( we always agreed on an amount and I never miss a payment).
Anyway after been in touch with a solicitor, I have been told to still paying the CM. I was very surprised and unaware, so worry the CMS will make a review and raised it.
Any advice please
