my so turned 18 this week i thought that is how long i had to pay for him now my ex says its until he is 20... he is autistic an will be going to collage now..where do i stand?

Hi,

If child stays in approved and non advanced education, then you would be paying maintenance till child is 20 or soon as child is no longer eligible for getting child benefit.
