Attended court , she withdrew her application for occupation, judge didn’t grant molestation until further evidence. She has been ordered to apply for divorce with 14 days . Does anyone know why ?
It seems she is more desperate to obtain the molestation!! What’s her gain in obtaining that?

How about the divorce? Would she need to pay for that
I got no idea divorces are very complicated. she will probably be seeking half of the money at the very least towards it. i know they are in some cases a lot worse than sorting child arrangements. just avoid getting into arguments etc with her and do everything legal way and come on this forum for help and support.

yes perhaps thats why shes keen on getting non-[censored] pinching order. in my case there was no non-mol against me. but ex still got legal with weak domestic abuse/violence claims, and pretending to have no savings.
