As others have mentioned, do not let her move in. My ex tried to get me to stay in a hotel for a couple of nights a week prior to our separation, I refused as I was fully aware that she would then have prevented me from getting back into the house.

Once it appears the relationship has ended - do not trust. Your ex has probably obtained legal advice and solicitors will play dirty and threaten with occupational orders etc. You live in the family home and have the kids staying with you, do not compromise your strong position.

I intend to remain there , she tried to worm her way back in the house in September, but I refused later I found out she was trying to secure her residence. I have decided not to proceed with the child arrangement thanks to everyone’s advice. I will be attending court next Friday for the occupation and molestation order , second hearing . The first hearing judge refused to grant molestation order without factual evidence. She asked for the order against all of my siblings including my disabled brother. In December she withdrew 4 siblings remaining myself and my sister. She contacted me via text in December asking me to drop off the boys to her sisters house where she was staying for a short while , the boys refused as they were upset as she hasn’t made any attempt to see them since October. She is asking for a molestation order yet she is inviting me to bring the kids over , I have mentioned this in my statement and submitted proof of the conversation. I hope all goes well next week .

I thank everyone for there support and information at this hard time .

Many thanks guys

Hi , hope you guys are doing fine .
Attended court yesterday, she withdrew her application for occupation , judge didn’t grant molestation yet until further evidence is submitted. She has been ordered by the judge to apply for divorce within 14 days and to submit all other evidence. Would anyone know why she has been ordered to apply for divorce within 14 days ?
