Many thanks for the support I am receiving
Unfortunately the child in need meeting has been cancelled today. The social worker has been assigned to another team . Mom hasn’t confirmed meeting anyway. New social worker will be attending next meeting.
Thanks guys for your support
Cancelling a meeting could of been on the simple reason your ex wasn't bothering to attend. If your ex isn't going to attend then whats the point of having one. Bit odd social worker is changing as well . social services can be a handful if you don't see eye to eye with them
unfortunately she has been assigned to another team and would like the new case worker to conduct the next meeting. She fine a great job and completed the single assessment in some what my favour outlining mother is sporadic and that the children are happy in my care . I am attending court next week for the second hearing regarding molestation and occupation order. I was thinking should I submit the C100 application? I haven’t herd anything from her side since 3 December regarding that .
No need to submit anything. Why would you at this stage. Children are in your care so let her make the court applications. meantime children stay with you and time goes on
