I joined yesterday and have made 2 posts. One in the CMS forum and one in the new member one saying hello. Both the posts say unapproved in the title and at the end of my text it says awaiting moderation.
Have I done something wrong?

Looking at your post, you haven't done anything wrong, the forum software sometimes flags up posts that it's not sure about for it's own reasons (generally trying to keep the forum safe). I've approved the post now, so it can be seen by everyone, and hopefully you'll get some advice on where you stand.
