hi,My ex partner has lied about how much money i have given her and when,i have proof of some payments etc,however 5k is owed ? i am currently in a debt management company and can not afford to pay that amount.can i add the sum to my debt management company and pay the debt of slowly ? any help is appreciated ?

Hi there

I haven't had any experience of debt management companies, I think it would be a good idea to speak to them about it directly and they will be able to advise you.

To be honest the CSA are not very approachable when it comes to arrears and I'm skeptical that they would agree to a slower payment p,an, but it's worth a try.
