Hi, Newbie here so sorry if you have had this question a million times. Got divorced last July, and share 2 children 50:50. I do pay more than my fair share of towards their expense's. life was normal up until last week. Received a letter from the CMS asking for £1333 a month...when i got divorced it was a clean break, with no further claims. I got a large mortgage to buy her out, of the family home. Now faced with this! There's no way i can afford both. i was told if you are 50:50 there should be no Maintenance to pay. where do i go now?
hi, you have to call CMS and tell them there is equal care. send court order as proof
