My 22month old daughter has been up since 07:00am this morning & hasn't slept at all all day. Being a very very hot day today we expected her to go to sleep very quickly this evening but come 9pm she still won't go to sleep!! dose anyone have an idear how to get her to sleep??
my daughter is the same only just got her to sleep - I did put her in her pram and walk round the block this worked as a on off I hope , my wife said she didn't nap today she is few months younger than yours I think when they don't nap they get over tired !
Does she fall asleep in the car? My grandson always does and then we just transfer him to his bed...he's nearly 3.
Is she teething, perhaps calpol might help....warm milk.
Some might say put her to bed and let her cry, she should be so tired not having slept all day and with the heat she shoud fall asleep quite quickly.
Bet you're more tired than she is!
Yes Over tied !!? now that makes sense cheers!
Were knackered! i have suggesters to my partner driving around the block a couple of times. But my little ones FALLEN ASLEEP….YIPEE i took her up some more milk, she gave me a BIG smile & said "Milk" took a ounce & completely fell asleep!! I felt wonderful to see/feel the bottle of milk slide from away out of her hand! 😆 cheers bud!
Hi I think children and babies suffer from the heat as much as we do, and that can stop sleep, but glad she finally went off, hopefully she stayed that way and you managed to get some sleep your self

Damp cloth on the forehead can help to gently cool.
