Hi

Have you been through parental alienation? If so, did you ever manage to resolve it with your children? If so, how did you approach it and deal with it?

Thanks in advance

Dealing with parental alienation is tough, but staying consistent, positive, and patient with your kids can help. Keep showing up for them, avoid bad-mouthing your ex, and create good memories together. Seeking help from a family therapist and documenting any issues can also be crucial, especially if you need legal intervention. Stay strong and loving, and know that it takes time to overcome such challenges.

Not one I ever had to deal with, my ex did try, but my kids were old enough to know better.
