[Solved] No Alcohol - NY Resolution

Has anyone here ever made THE New Years resolution of no alcohol? I've set it up and am finding it very easy.

In the past I was only a recreation drinker when friends and I went out, but towards the middle of last year I just lost interest and massively cut down. Drinking water when out with friends etc. With impending fatherhood I made this my resolution, anyone else done this before and suceeded?

i don't drink much now to be honest, it wasn't a resolution thing, i just suppose after children you go out less and have far less money!

you have willpower you go out with mates and just have water - i couldn't do that for sure.

My kids think I drink too much - yet I may only have a couple of beers on a Friday and Saturday.

Worried me though!

Maybe I should give up but I am allowed one vice!
