Hi
Taking the maintenance, is this through the CSA? If so, is the £69 they are asking for in order to recover some arrears?
No this is what both Solicters have said they. Worked out if she doesn't accept my 60 then she'll have to take me to Csa
There is nothing to stop you for approaching the CSA and asking them to take the case - for one child, the basic calculation is 15% of takehome pay if you are earning more than £100 per week.
I phoned them they worked it out but they don't take count my 20 month bus fairs i pay go see him if don't get legal. Aid which sent off for I want have any help to fight for him we going to medation soon she didn't turn up last one
You are expected to pay the first £15 per week of travelling costs, which will be why they haven't taken those into account, I'm afraid.
