hi,

it may be worth applying for a subject access request. you will have to pay a small fee, but home office/border will give you a report about everything they have on you, relating to passport/travel restrictions etc:

That might be a good idea.
I had a look at it but its not mentioning if they will give me information abouy teabel restrictions or not but i think i can chose specific request and try to ask.
The thing is it seems like a serious application they need few evidence and it will take 1 month.
I really hope i will hear soon from the court.
Subject access request can be a good idea .

Finally the judge ask for a direction hearing end if this month.
Any idea what will happend?
Or what i should ask for ?
