Hi bill,
Thanks alot for your answer.
I don't have a solicitor or barrister unfortunately and it was order by the other party solicitor to make a draft order and sent it to the court for approval.
The did that so late on mid march 2019 and it contained fasle paragraphs which i emailed the court to let them know i disagree with this draft order and for the judge to change those paragraph to the right ones but no response all those months.
I don't know which part of Home office to contact if you have any number that would be great.
Also i don't know if my embassy will be able to help as they have no power of knowing anything from the border force.
I keept chasing the judge and the court and asking them if this order made September 2017 still in place or not and this all port warning still going on not and if yes what application form to use but again waiting for the judge to respond.
Don't know what to do.
This isn’t an area I’m familiar with I’m afraid. Have you tried calling the high court that made the warning order? They may be able advise you about what to do next.
If the judge at the final hearing stated that the alert would stay in place in respect of your son, I think the best thing to do would be to chase that order up, as it might hold the answer for you. As the alert isn’t for you, only for your son, you should be able to travel freely.
The C2 form is to request new directions, or make a new application within existing proceedings. As you had a final hearing and a final order, I’m not sure if it would be applicable, the court office can advise you about which forms you could use.
hi a.dad.
i dont know where your based, but in the London court I was in, i see the legal advisers for magistrates running around all day. you could try contact the court and ask for their details.
another thing you can do is file an official complaint with the SRA (solicitors regulation authority) about your ex's solicitor being dumb and leaving you in the dark, about the final order. contact them:
Thank you mojo for your answers.
The order says ( in the high court of justice family devision ) this one was in london but after that this case was moved to where i live different city.
My understanding is all port warning has to be ordered bu a high court judge and the judge who have my case is a high court judge.
I don't know where exactly to call tbh.
Again today called the court where my case in and asked them if there is any update they said they have sent my emails to judge and they are waiting to hear from him.
They all what we can do is to push the judge to resposde and just wait.
Asked them if i want to discharge this order whay form to use but theu don't know as they are not legally trained.
Yes the judge said during the hearing all port warning will be related to my son but he never mentioned thay in his judgement, he just said all port warning remain in place and the only port warning we have is the one thay regards me.
When the other party solicitor wrote her draft for the judge to approve it she said ( all port warning that made on September 2017 stay in place untill firther order ) i wrote to her and said judge said all port warning regards my son and the one on September was regards me so that need to be changed.
On march 2019 she sent an email for the judge asking him for clarification but untill now again we didn't have any respond which is really strange.
Few month ago i wanted to have a court permission for disclosure and i ise form c2 and i paid £155 and the judge answered after 2 weeks with what i want so I don't know he is ignoring very important emails and not approved the order yet.
Don't know what to do really.
Don't want to have any problem.at the airport or miss my flight when i travel.
Hi bill .
The court where i am they have PSU that can help u fill forms and that but they r not legally trained aswell but will wait few days if not response will go to the court and find out whay i can do or if someone can help.
Its good idea to make a complaint but also what my ex solicitor will do ? She wrote an email to judge and its the judge who didn't answer.
About putting things wrong in the order she will just say this was my understanding and that its me who misunderstand and actually she sent an email to the judge asking him for clarification bot both part to understand as his judgment wasn't clear enough really .
Let's see what will happen.
I just want to travel urgently soon and a silly thing like that stopping my life which is really annoying.
