Im respecting myself in court and I've been building my case to give to the court in 15 days the courts told sw i need all the paper work but they have been hiding things and removing information. My lil girl has a fsw and its says in her reports mum can't Handel the kid's and a list of things. They have removed dates and keep telling me they don't have them. So today i rang fsw and they said they have all uptodate logs but they can't give it to me only sw can or a lawyer which i cant afford. Is this true or is there a way i can get the logs from the fsw themselves? Please help me
Hi there
I would contact the court immediately and explain that even after the judges direction to the SW, to supply you with all the paperwork, they are refusing to do so, which is seriously hampering your ability to properly present your case.
Best of luck
So i can ask the court to get the logs from the family support workers or to tell them the sw won't give me the paper work I'm asking for?
