Iv recently took my ex to court over child arrangements thats all sorted now but since this she has moved properties with my son I don’t pick him up from there i collect him from his grandparents but i still feel i have a right to know were my son sleeps at night and the environment he is in
Is there a law against it
Should she inform me of the change or am i just being stupid and petty?
She doesn't have a legal obligation to inform you. If you were in court proceedings, the court would order her to disclose her address unless there was a safeguarding reason not to. You bet it wouldn't be the same if you moved house, she would insist on wanting to know where your son is.
Unless you want to take her to court about it, you might have to take this on the chin for now......
