Hi
I’m wondering if anyone can advise. I’m due to attend a final hearing and while writing my replie to my ex’s witness statement I’ve been told I should reply to the S7 report from cafcass also. My question is when replying do I do 2 separate reports or do I do one combining my responses inline eith the S7 report outcomes?
Kind regards
Thomas
hi,
you should double check your court paperwork to see what it says.
for my one it says i have to write a position, which contains my responses to section 7 report, and what i propose for a final court order. but i am at 2nd DRA hearing stage. last year if i remember correctly, i wrote a witness statement in reply to ex's. then i also took a position statement to court for final hearing.
What contact was you having before court ? What does s7 report recommend regarding contact now ?
