I know it will not be straight forward as I am sure she will contest it.

But at least she will realise she has to take responsibility for the children on the days they are staying with her. It is true that in court I said I would pick up the children on her days too, but my job situation was different then and in any case, this was not written in the order.

I sent her a message today asking if she could pick up the children from school this afternoon. She replied that it was not her duty to pick up the children but she would do it to help me as she is not working.

Can you believe it? She does not think it is her duty to pick up the children on her days.
