Can anyone tell me if I was to have my child placed with me by police /child services or just a refusal of them not wanting to go back
after what time would I be able to apply for child allowance to stop the csa payments to their mother ?
any advise would help
thanks
I think that you would have to apply to CB and prove this rather than there being a time limit where it switches to you. (If I understand you)
I think CB call it special circumtances.
I read something on it today but forget where, netmums I think.
If you can prove it and CB agree and grant special circumstances then you get CB and technicall I guess dont pat CSA but she may have to pay you.
Regards,
Dave

Dave
