Hello again,
follow up question to my last post, my 18 year old step son finished college in June, annual review for CMS was July and they’ve given us the full year schedule despite him not going back to colleague in September. My husband will have to report a change, ive seen various dates on here last of the year being 31st August - 5th September to do this.
Do I wait until these dates to report a change or do it now? Has anyone been through this and has rough idea how long they take to respond?
Reason I’m asking is my husband and I had a son 2 years ago and we added him to the CMS case with all the relevant documents 2 weeks after he was born, it took the CMS nearly 2 months to acknowledge it, and another month for them to to their workings out of new payment.
I’m also assuming any over payments if they do take their time with it will be deemed as voluntary?
@bill337 thank you
