I recently separated from my partner. We have two children and we have decided to coparent with me having the kids from Fridays to Sundays .
What is a reasonable child maintenance payment? We do not want to go through the child support agency. We want to work out something amicably.
Both kids are below the age of 5.
I earned between 55k to 70k per annum. Plus other income from properties.
How much do you pay for 2 kids ?
It's reasonable to pay according to means. You can look on the CMS website and calculate what your payments would be if you did go through them and suggest that amount. It will be adjusted allowing for overnight stays with you
