I'm Paying CHild Maintainance from last 5 years and I haven't seen my child from last 3 years thanks to covid, my next hearing is end of August 🙂 ..... Do father have any rights ?? How Father know the money he is paying she is spending on the child. In the inflation time she may spending my paying child maintaince to her other kids who knows ?

With Child maintenance service, they do not monitor what the money is spent on. The resident parent can decide whatever to spend money on. Did you make court application 3 years ago? Am surprised if court has delayed your case by this much.

first hearing judge says it will be deal by district judge
second hearing after 8 months - judge says give 5 allegations
third hearing after 6 months - judge says do fact finding hearing
after 6 month - jude not available next hearing after 6 months
after 6 month judge not available
after 6 month - she didn't came and so hearing doesn't goes ahead so next hearing after 10 months ..
which makes 4 years on my application ....
despite numerous emails to court.... result or conclusion I say- THEY DONT CARE .....
there are thousands of member why the [censored] no one reply on this forum ... only @bill337 reply all of my posts...#

yes next final hearing is in November 2024 making i haven't meet my kid since 2019 and every month i'm paying 500£ + in child maintaince such a cruel society UK is for fathers
