I'm Paying CHild Maintainance from last 5 years and I haven't seen my child from last 3 years thanks to covid, my next hearing is end of August 🙂 ..... Do father have any rights ?? How Father know the money he is paying she is spending on the child. In the inflation time she may spending my paying child maintaince to her other kids who knows ?
can anyone tell me please do I have any rights ?
With Child maintenance service, they do not monitor what the money is spent on. The resident parent can decide whatever to spend money on. Did you make court application 3 years ago? Am surprised if court has delayed your case by this much.
there are thousands of member why the [censored] no one reply on this forum ... only @bill337 reply all of my posts...#
whats the reason - we are here to help each other.
feeling frustrated
Hi, is it £500+ in child maintenance...or £500 as well as the child maintenance?
And here i thought you could apply for visitation rights quick and easy, like feminist websites claim.
