[Solved] Voluntary redundancy and csa

Hi
I have been notified that my work place will be closing down this year. But there is an option to be relocated or take voluntary redundancy.

the question is will the ex be entitled to any of the redundancy pay?
Never missed a payment, overpaid for two years ( never taken into account )
Would like to use redundancy to start a business.

But don't want her to benefit anymore from my hard work.....

all advice welcome .

Had a quick check, and as far as I can see, they can claim for any pay in lieu of notice (which is reasonable, as that is still income) but not against the redundancy payment, unless that's more than 60,000.

However, I'd ring the CSA for their opinion on this.
