Hi all,
I recently sent my ex, a voluntary payment (to help leading up to Chrismas etc.) using a bank transfer to her bank account which have been using for many years for CMS payments etc.
She is saying that she did not receive it, and, as per usual, making things alot more difficult than they ever need to be.
I sent CMS a bank transfer to show the payment, reference etc so, will see what happens. But, has nyone else had this issue and if so, how did you manage to confirm/prove this?
Of course, my next move is ask the bank to provide evidence, but just thought would check with you all here too a there is a wealth of experience.
Many thanks for all your construtive replies.
