I've been paying monthly via private arrangement for a few years but I am thinking about taking a 1 year unpaid sabbatical.
I suspect my ex will go to CMS. My question is, will I accrue arrears whilst I'm on this 1 year of unpaid leave? Will I need to pay it back when I'm eventually receiving an income again?
hi, if your unemployed while CMS case is opened, then they wouldn't expect you to pay anything until you start earning. won't do backdated pay.
