@bill337 Thank you so much Bill. Like that other gent on here you gave advice to,  my ex Isnt just letting me be,  shes far wealthier than me and just doesnt seem to simply leave me alone.    The CMS is crazy and unfair.  Have a great weekend everyone and i'm hoping fairness and justice prevails for us all very soon..

@bill337 You was correct Bill,   thank you for the advice and although i was waiting on the phone for 32 minutes before it was responded too,   i had a very level headed woman on who assured me on what i need to do, and j was fine with all of it,  so payments cease to daughter in August not on 18th as i thought.    If she starts being reasonable I'll still be funding her thtough Uni wherever i can though, just to her direct not the mother,  which gives me some comfort its going to the child and not nights out or household upgrades.

One other frustrating point i wanted to highlight for others is the booklet the the CMS send us all has flaws,  they are NOT open at all on Saturdays 0900 until 1600 as shown in their booklet,  and one of the phone numbers for Saturday contact is no longer even in use 0800 098 9988,  how insane that the CMS aren't even competent enough to send the correct up to date literature out...  i was really anxious friday night thinking I'll ring 2moro and sort it out only to be told were closed via voicemail.    I hope this helps others who try and ring on a Saturday.

Take Care All..

So after contacting the CMS and being informed that i need to just pay for July and August 2022,  they have sent me a revised schedule after speaking to the kids mother that goes up to July 2023,  so that means I'll be paying for my daughter whislt at Uni for  10mths.

Why do the CMS change their understanding after talking to the Dads?   So now got to go through the weekend worrying as cant contact CMS until Monday when i am supposed to be working so i can pay this money. Another lenghty wait for someone to answer the phone at CMS.

Hi,

Do you owe any arrears? If not then that doesn't sound right at all, that you have to keep paying while child is in UNI. I recommend you join this group for support.  lot of experienced  members: https://www.facebook.com/groups/239699060076601/?ref=share
