Hi all.
My obligation for child maintenance is ending soon as my son is over eighteen and is not going on to further education.
I have checked with the csa and their website states that I have to tell them of a change (which I will) once the school year ends this month.
Apparently they write to the mother who will be obliged to tell them.
The problem I have is that she hates me as does my son (thanks to her version of our divorce). What is to stop her from simply lying or ignoring the csa's request for information? I know the end of the payments will cause her massive problems so she may just think "what is there to lose" ?
Any advice /suggestion please?
Many thanks.
