Hi Guys,
I need some help, for over 8 months now I've been waiting for the CMS to update the shared care arrangement. I now have my 2 for 55 nights a week and also out in a claim for travel due to the ex not wanting to drive. I've contacted the CMS every month, ive written to them and I get nothing, always a we'll call you back. I can't afford to be on the phone 2 hours a day trying to get help. And low and behold they just auto upped my payments by £100 a month.
I can't do this anymore, I've worked so hard to repair my life and earn enough to get by, the ex has no mortgage £600 a Month from me £300 from her latest ex and a high paid job. I can barely afford to take them camping yet she whisks them all around the world has new cars plastic surgery new extension, bathroom and kitchen. Why is this so unfair why won't anyone listen to me. I'm struggling I'm at the end of my tether. I'm broke stressed and alone. For years I've fought through the courts for access and she still manages to find a way to use the court order I raised against me. I can't keep doing this but I must for them.
What do I do?
hi, I suggest you contact your MP and ask them to raise complaint with CMS.
