changes to csa well i will believe it when i see it
i have paid without problem for years for my 3 children
now only the last one to pay for £245.00 a month
and when i checked last year my child was not even attending school or college yet i have still been paying. so i challenged the csa with help from my boss with evidence i obtained from the college
they checked out my claim and found out that the child was not doing what the ex had claimed he was doing and agreed the money should not of been paid and referred the case to there fraud squad (what a joke) 3 months on they hit me saying that the child is now back in school and see no reason to pursue the case and have now demanded payment off me £3800 back payments
at £120 a month on top of the monthly maintenance sum
total $365 a month
i dont know were to turn i have the proof and the csa and child benefit office will not pursue it
anyone can help im losing my mind abojut this
Go and see your MP as soon as possible - take copies of all of your evidence to leave with them, plus a brief summary of events, also to leave with him - a lot of people have got much quicker results as MPs are able to raise the priority of the complaint.
