Hi all,
I'm currently paying the csa for my child, but they are closing soon, so called them to set up direct pay as not in contact with ex. She was very helpful and said this was the best idea, but when she phoned my ex she point blank refused any options even when the lady explained the benefits.
Where do I stand now? Someone told me set up a bank account for her (child) and pay DD into it each month, that way I have proof I'm paying, and it's there when my ex can be reasonable to ilk set up into her account?
Hi there
This might help, I believe there's a method of paying via bank account without having to give out any details, specifically for payment of CM. Here's a link

HI,
My ex wanted me to pay child support, but refused a direct bank transfer every month from me. I spoke to CSA and they advised that aslong as I was making this payment (each payment has 'Child Maintenance' as the reference), directly to ex and I could prove it. They didn't deem it to be an issue. 6 months down the line, they requested a copy of my bank transactions to prove I was paying what I should be and once they saw the evidence, they havent been involved since.
