[Solved] Self employed not claiming self employed

Hi my wife's ex husband as recently quit he's job due to child support now he is self employed but hasn't told the HMR about this I have managed to get a picture of the back of he's car advertising he's new job, my question is can cms still get payments from him and he has just had the 12 months review so does the new amount stand or does it get wiped clean away help please for info and do the cms enforce dads that don't pay

If he's recently self employed, I'm assuming he won't have any figures to submit yet and the calculations are based on the last year.
