I'm self employed with a daughter who is 15 years old, I've never seen her . The question I want to know is, how can the CSA put a attachment to my wages as they change from month to month

Hi,

CMS should only do attachment of earnings if you miss payments or refuse to pay. If it's been wrongly applied to you, should make complaint to get it dropped. Email correspondence@dwp.gov.uk also good if you can get your MP involved.
