Hi,
I know that my monthly payment does not change at review unless there is a 25% change in my salary.
I am expecting a small pay rise in the coming mo the and my need for salary sacrifice childcare vouchers are coming to an end. I'm worried this increases my pay by over 25%. Would the CSA calculation take into account any monies that came off for a car under salary sacrifice?
hi,
all that i know is if you get pay rises, or more money for doing over-time, then that will get included the next time CMS review your case. as for your salary sacrifice issues, you should speak to your HR/Payroll dept and they can explain that better. ask them to give you some idea of what your revised salary will look like.
I have the feeling that would be taken as a benefit, so I don't think you'd benefit. However, if you can increase your pension, you can do that by salary sacrifice, and under most circumstances, there is a national insurance benefit, as well as tax benefits to doing this.
