I recently got a property handed to me by my parents, it's rented out and I wanted to know if the child maintaince needs to be paid on the income?
I believe it does but want I wanted to know is if it's paid on the gross income of the property or paid on the amount after all expenses are taken out?
I couldn't find any info online, would appreciate any input. Thank you.
