I am signed up, through a court order to pay for my son until the end of university. Can anyone tell me if this means to the end of his final month in university, or through to the September of the year he finishes?
Thanks.
John.

I would say his last month which is usually about June , but I would let all concerned know what date your last payment will be .

Is he already at university or is this an agreement for the future?

Thanks - just wondered.

I would say that the course finishes in June or July, and that's when you stop paying. Ultimately, if your ex wanted to argue, she'd have to go to court and with no guarantee she would win (since you can easily justify your decision) and having to pay to do so, she probably wouldn't even bother for 2 months worth of maintenance.
