[Solved] Question - can they take my partners property into any consideration

Good evening,

Going through some real trouble with the CMS. Completely useless working out completely wrong calculations and dates etc.

I’m now in arrears and fighting where I can to get the correct payment sorted.

I live with my new girlfriend in her property ( mortgage is in her name ) I’m just wanting to know that the CMS cannot consider her property at all with any court orders / forcing to sell / credit against the house if ever sold etc etc..... in the process of her selling it and getting a bigger place again she is buying solely in her name on the mortgage.

hi,

no, your girlfriends property has nothing to do with your CMS case. if you were to have a joint business or bank account with her, then CMS could take 50% of money from it, if it got to court/enforcement stage.
