The receiving parent has moved abroad, with child, to a non-Remo country and is claiming child maintenance. - The evidence is all over said parents social media, as well as images of the child in a school in that country.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and what did you use to prove to CMS that the parent had moved?

All and any help appreciated

Thanks

hi, perhaps you can send screenshots of social media posts to HMRC/child benefit office. of they end the benefit, this should be enough fr CMS to close your case.
