[Solved] Pocket Money

Just a quick thought. I pay pocket money to my children, not a hugh amount but just a little something for them to spent on them selves and its regular. Would this be considered as part of the payments (A payment in kind?).

Hi

Unless you have a family based arrangement with your ex, then no it won't if you are paying through the CSA - they don't take these payments into account.
